What's the difference between a mono, poly, realtone and full track?All of these content types are music files for your phone. Mono files play one note at a time - they usually play the main melody of a song. Poly files can play more than one note at the same time, for better sounding harmonies, drums etc. Realtones are our highest quality actual sound recordings which last for about 20 seconds - long enough for a ringtone. Finally, full tracks are a sound recording of the full length song.
I've downloaded my content and it won't work on my phone!Make sure you've checked the compatibility list here to make sure that your phone supports the content you've downloaded. If it does, check your phone's instruction booklet for specifics on using that type of content.
